Dispatch Schedule
We aim for same-day shipping for orders placed Mon–Thu before 12 pm (payment cleared). If we are overloaded with orders there may be 1 business day delay, in which case we will make every attempt to contact you and let you know.
South Island orders ship Mon–Wed to avoid weekend depot holds.
Orders made after 12 pm Thu, on Fri, weekends or public holidays leave on the next business day.
Transit Times
North Island urban: 1-2 business days.
South Island urban: 1–3 business days.
Rural addresses: please allow one extra day.
Perishable Protection
Every chilled order travels with gel-ice packs.
From November – March we add extra ice packs for South Island deliveries.
Address Requirements
No PO Boxes – a physical street address is essential.
Add clear instructions (e.g. “Leave in the shade by front door”) in the checkout notes.
Tracking & Responsibility
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier.
While delivery is outside our direct control once it leaves the shop, we’ll happily chase up any delays on your behalf.
Free Shipping only applicable to specified regions over threshold limits as stated. Rates and conditions are subject to change.
Some perishable items online include a $2.50 Chilled Packaging Fee, built into the RRP to ensure they remain chilled during transit. As a result, online prices for frozen meat and fish may differ from in-store prices. If you choose in-store pickup, the fee will be refunded.
