Also known as 'Maatjes herring' or 'Soused herring'. Mildly preserved these filleted herrings have just the tails remaining. Traditionally served raw and coated in raw onions eaten while being held overhead. Each herring is individually packed and can be defrosted seperately. This product can only be purchased for delivery within Waikato area or for pick up in shop, as they need to remain frozen.
