Also known as the Ugly Sausage. A skinless sausage made with beef and pork enjoyed in the Netherlands. Commonly it is cut almost all the way through lengthwise then fried in a pan or deep fried. Once cooked served on a slice of plain bread and filled with chopped raw onions, mayonnaise and curry ketchup.
